The Feed Atlanta Project Nov. 2018

The season of giving doesn’t just start with pumpkins and orange leaves, with it comes cold weather and hungry people in Atlanta. Chillybean Coffee Co. would like to give back this year in our great success and thank the people of Atlanta for supporting us.

Did you know that Atlanta happens to have one of the highest rates of people without homes and necessities in the United States? Many people in our own state need our help this holiday season to help feed themselves and their families.

You can help! Chillybean is hosting a “Feed Atlanta” project November 1st and 2nd of this year. On the 1st we will be meeting at the Chillybean headquarters to pack lunches filled with sandwiches, apples, cookies and more. We will also be accepting coats, blankets, gloves, socks, hats and gently used work boots or tennis shoes at our new store location starting October 15th!

The morning of November 2nd we will be traveling to downtown to serve water, hot chocolates and hot coffee as well as handing out your generous donations and packed lunches.

We will start collecting these donations on October 15th at the new un-opened location in Sugar Hill Georgia: 5029 W Broad Street Sugar Hill, Georgia 30518. There will be a box out front for you to put the items in. Again if you wish to volunteer with us packing the lunches the evening of the 1st or serving the morning of the 2nd email: mattie@chillybeancoffeeco.com with what you would like to help with.

We really appreciate every one of you supporting us in this venture to help feed Atlanta this fall, our goal is to make someone’s day a little less hungry, a little warmer and a little happier!
